WELCOME QUEENS AND ALLIES

We are more than a movement—we are a village, a sanctuary, and a force for change.

At Queens Village, we are  reshaping the future of Black maternal health  by not only addressing imbalences in birth outcomes but also  dismantling the conditions that create them.

Here,  Black mothers are seen, heard, and held.  We create  safe, healing spaces   where Black women can connect, process, rest, and rise—because when we thrive, our families and communities do too. Together, we are  building something powerful, purposeful, an organization deeply rooted in love, legacy, and sisterhood.

-  Dr. Meredith Smith, Queens Village Founder

What Does queens village Program Offer?

Through the Queens Village Program, we are providing Black women a variety of activities that foster community, improve overall wellness, reduce stress, and strengthen relationships.

From group events and wellness activities to educational sessions and other possibilities, we are taking our cues from the local community and creating programming based on the feedback and input of our local community—to ensure we meet the needs of Black women in Tulsa!

What Is the Cost?

We offer our Queens Village events free of charge, making them more accessible to everyone in our community and promoting opportunities for all who wish to participate.
